Calling all Guild Member / Photographers: we need you!

Event: Lord Mayor’s Reception for UNESCO Media Arts Cities
Venue: Mansion House, St Helen’s Square, York
Time: 17:30pm - 19:30pm (Photographer required to be ready to go at 17:30)
Delivery: Within 48 - 72 hours

The Guild of Media Arts requires an experienced photographer confident at formal events, posing VIPs and aware of the etiquette of such occasions. Photos should capture the atmosphere and spirit of the evening which will be used online to share highlights of a visit to York during the Mediale for approximately 12 delegates from the global UNESCO network including Portugal, France, South Korea, Slovakia and Japan.

The commissioned photographer is welcome to use the photos on their own platforms to promote their work and the work of the Guild.

Expression of interest: We welcome submissions in the form of an email or via our contact page a link to portfolio along with an estimated cost for shooting the event and processing up to 50 images.

As part of your expression, please also include up to 50 words on what unique element you will bring to the photography (optional).
