Membership is open to all.

We have two membership levels: 

 

 £26 standard 

*£25 plus £1 processing fee

 

 £5 student

Tell me about my website profile, how I log in and change notification settings


To log in to the website and view your account, notofications settings, event tickets and more, please navigate to the the very top and centre of the page, where the login / sign up bar is. We've written a more detailed blog about membership and notofications here. Can you manage my account for me?


Yes and no. We can confirm your email address or contact details to confirm you are you to log in, but we cannot access, view, update or change any passwords, as that is under your control. We can, of course block members, should we need too.




How do I manage my payments & subscriptions to the Guild of Media Arts


Your payments are currently managed independently by a third party provider. Your payments to the Guild are currently not linked to your account on the website (at time of writing, August 2019). To manage your payments, visit our "Membership" page and follow the link. Note: We cannot view any of your log in details and can only confirm existing contact information for you to use in order to manage your account by following the link: https://app.moonclerk.com/portal/ldgb6w9t25x/signin




What's the best way to contact the Guild of Media Arts


The best way to contact us is either by using the contact form or by using the chat app. Each one of these forms of contact will email our main email address and the clerk. From there, we will respond from within Wix, which can be answered either by responding from your email or by logging into the website or app (everything is linked).
